Eggnog is a holiday tradition. But not a very healthy one. This smoothie is a bit of a workaround, but still delicious. We hope you enjoy this now or whenever.
Tip: Add two ounces of your favorite rum or whiskey to give this holiday smoothie a little more kick. It’ll be one of the healthiest cocktails you enjoy all season.
- 1 SmoothieBox Clementine smoothie packet
- 1 collagen pouch
- 6 oz. vanilla cashew milk
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of cloves
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- Add frozen SmoothieBox packet and collagen to blender.
- Pour in cashew milk and vanilla extract.
- Add pinches of nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Blend and enjoy!
- Add the rum or whisky before or after blending if you want the alcoholic version of the Eggnog smoothie.
